How do I make sure that Stepcoin counts steps in the background?
To activate the background update on your device, follow these steps:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Scroll down and tap on “Stepcoin”
- Activate “Background Refresh”
- Go back in the Settings of your iPhone
- Go to “Battery”
- Deactivate “Low Power Mode”
Stepcoin then also counts your steps when the app is not open. Thus, all of your activities are reliably recorded.
