If your app is not counting step, we advise to run a general check up:

Check Motion Sensor setup:

• Open Settings App
• Tap on "Privacy"
• Tap on "Motion sensor" and enable it for Health and Stepcoin

Check Apple Health setup:

• Open Settings App
• Tap on "Privacy"
• Tap on "Health"
• Tap on Stepcoin
• Turn on all

Setup your right lead device:

• Open Health
• Tap on "Steps"
• Scroll down
• Tap on "Data Sources"
• Edit
• Shift lead device(the device you use the most should be on the top)

Re-synch in Stepcoin:

• Open Stepcoin
• Open Settings
• Tap on "Health" and go in sync
