We advise you to check the following settings:

Switch off energy saving mode:

• Open Settings on your iPhone
• Go to "Battery"
• Turn off the “Power Saving Mode”

Switch on the background update:

• Open Settings on your iPhone
• Go to “Stepcoin”

Enable “Background Update”

Activate notifications:

• Open Stepcoin
• Go to the “Goals” tab
• Go to "Notifications" to activate the desired notifications
